Last night in Chicago, we brought together a small group of healthcare and benefits leaders for an honest conversation about where our industry is headed. Topics ranged from Medicare Advantage and consumer-directed benefits to digital wallets, healthcare payments, member engagement, and the growing need for connected infrastructure across the healthcare ecosystem. One theme consistently surfaced throughout the discussion: Reducing complexity for both members and organizations while creating experiences that are more intuitive, personalized, and actionable.
