Delighted to see the encouraging preliminary data from the Syntara Phase 2 trial of SNT-4728 showing reduced brain inflammation in people with iRBD. iRBD is thought to be a prodromal stage of Parkinson's and so the ability to intervene and reduce inflammation, a key process involved in Parkinson's, at this early timepoint, many years before formal diagnosis of Parkinson's, could be transformational. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the data as it becomes available later in 2026 to understand the full significance of these results.
