I help systems-change leaders get clear on who they are and where they’re going | Executive Coach & Cultural Change Strategist
Request: I'm looking for examples of communities that have moved toward housing multiple backbone entities under one roof. So, instead of having a collective impact partnership focused on C2C, and one focused on housing, and one focused on social-emotional supports or mental health, and one focused on public health, all with separate 501(c)3s or fiscal agents....they have taken the approach of maximizing resources & talent by aligning efforts under one roof. Any great examples of this done well? What becomes possible? What are the challenges to consider? #collectiveimpact #placebasedpartnerships #backbones Tagging in a few folks who may have some experience with this: Bridget Jancarz Kimberly Sama Josh Davis Ryan Lugalia-Hollon, PhD Dreama Gentry Heidi Black Sarah Cotton Rajski (she/hers) MacArthur Antigua Ashley B. Please share even if you weren't tagged! That's just my brain, which sometimes moves pretty fast.
