To all of us, uncertainty of the future can be one of the hardest things to navigate. Whether it's graduating, searching for a new role, changing careers, building a business, or simply not knowing what comes next, uncertainty has a way of creating anxiety that isn't always visible to the people around us. In a world that's changing faster than ever, that feeling is becoming increasingly familiar to many of us. As we've been developing LYEONS Heart, one of the most valuable parts of the journey has been listening to the people using it. Their experiences continue to shape how we think about the product and, more importantly, remind us why we're building it. This week, we're sharing reflections from an early user of LYEONS Heart. Alongside balancing part-time work and applying for graduate roles, she kept a diary documenting how she used the device during moments of uncertainty, from difficult days at work and job applications to meetings and quiet mornings at home. "I've been experiencing anxiety almost every day. It's tied to the uncertainty of not knowing what comes next, the exhaustion and self-doubt that come with a long period of constantly trying... and the belief that one day it will finally come together." Her diary talks about what support can look like while living through uncertainty, and we're incredibly grateful and proud that she chose to share that journey with us.
