Some people are not just stars on the stage. They are stars in life, spreading smiles wherever they go. Lizzie is one of those people. 😊 We met a few weeks ago at the Cambridge NeuroWorks conference, and from our very first conversation, her enthusiasm was infectious. As a scientist, writer, actor, and teacher based in New York, she immediately saw the potential of LYEONS Heart to support performers on Broadway in performing at their best. She also shared how it could benefit her students and help them navigate moments of pressure with greater confidence. What made our conversation so special was not only her passion for science and performance, but her genuine curiosity about how understanding the nervous system can help people thrive across so many areas of life. One part of our conversation that really stayed with me was Lizzie sharing her own experience of being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Rather than seeing it simply as a diagnosis, she described it as an opportunity to better understand her own nervous system and how different physiological states influence the way we think, feel, and perform. That perspective was both thoughtful and inspiring. We are delighted to welcome Lizzie as a LYEONS Heart user and member of our community.
