☀️ After last week's heat, this week's forecast is looking a little more comfortable. While many places are expected to stay in the low-to-mid 20s°C, warmer days can still affect our concentration, energy and productivity. Whether you're working, studying or preparing for exams, it's a little harder to focus when temperatures rise. A few simple reminders that could support; 💧 Stay hydrated throughout the day rather than waiting until you're thirsty. 🌅 If possible, tackle your most demanding tasks earlier in the day when it's cooler. 🌬️ Keep your workspace as cool as you can by improving airflow or reducing direct sunlight. 🥗 Choose lighter meals if heavy lunches tend to leave you feeling sluggish. 🚶 Take a few minutes to move, stretch or step outside for some fresh air before returning to your work. We often expect ourselves to perform at exactly the same level regardless of our environment, but that's not always realistic. Sometimes a few small adjustments are all it takes to stay comfortable, focused and productive.
