Senior Field Marketing Events Manager (EMEA) at Deel
Last week we celebrated Deel becoming Arsenal Football Club's Official Sleeve Partner for the 26/27 season at the Diamond Club, on the hottest day of the year in London. 36 degrees outside. We brought the heat in more ways than one. 150+ guests. Arsenal's Richard Garlick, Karen S., and Tom Harlow on a panel about what it actually takes to build a world-class club, moderated by our own Dan Westgarth. A fireside chat with Mathieu Flamini, hosted by Joe Kauffman. Beyond the conversations, we wanted the evening to feel like something guests would remember. Photos with the Premier League trophy. An AI photobooth that put everyone straight into the new kit. A look back through Arsenal's shirt history. A live jersey personalisation press for anyone who wanted their initials or an exclusive champions print on the spot. Even the cocktail menu got the treatment, with a Pay Day Spritz and a Clean Sheet doing the rounds all night. None of this happens alone. To the agency team at Excel Sports Management who matched my pace for weeks, to everyone across Deel who jumped in wherever they were needed, and to the Arsenal team who trusted us with their stadium and their story, thank you. And to every guest who showed up despite the heat, thank you for making the room feel the way it did. This was chapter one of a multi-season partnership.
