It’s been ten years since this photo was taken with Peter Jones after I was named Business Enterprise Manager of the Year. If you’d told me then that I’d end up leading Bus Users UK, working with ministers, mayors, operators and local authorities to improve bus services across the UK, I’d probably have laughed.
