Throughout May, the LVMH–INSEAD Joint Initiative continued to strengthen its global partnership through conversations across Asia, Europe, and North America, connecting students with leaders shaping the future of luxury. A key highlight of the month took place at LVMH Headquarters in Paris. On 19 May, nearly 100 students attended a discussion between INSEAD alumna Aliénor Westphalen, Director of Business Planning & Pricing at Christian Dior Couture, and Pierre-Julien Bousquet, Global VP Talent Engagement at LVMH, followed by an opportunity for informal exchange. They explored LVMH's distinctive ecosystem, highlighting how its entrepreneurial culture, portfolio of Maisons and approach to talent development create an environment where talent can thrive. The month also featured a conversation between Aymeric Lacroix, Managing Director of Louis Vuitton Singapore & Malaysia, and Professor Frédéric Godart at the INSEAD Asia Campus on regional growth and leadership across Southeast Asia. At the INSEAD San Francisco Hub for Business Innovation, Jean-Jacques Guiony, President & CEO of Moët Hennessy, joined Lily Fang, Dean of Research and Innovation at INSEAD, for a fireside chat as part of the INSEAD–Wharton Alliance 25-year celebration. Together, these exchanges reflect the international reach of the LVMH–INSEAD Joint Initiative and its shared commitment to leadership, innovation and long-term value creation. #LVMH #WhereDreamsBecomeCareers #LVMHTalents #INSEAD
