BOMBERG | Micro Brands Classroom Training, March 2026 In March, we initiated our first classroom training program of 2026 for BOMBERG: a key brand in our micro brands division. We had the opportunity to engage with our retail partners across Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Surat, not just with the leadership teams but also with our sales ambassadors. This initiative focused on strengthening two pillars: on-ground storytelling and brand connection. Key areas covered in the sessions included storytelling, the selling ceremony, deep dives into unique selling points, and effective CRM usage. Most importantly, we listened. Real feedback from customers, shared by our ambassadors on the floor, became a critical part of the learning process. Moving beyond Excel sheets and Zoom calls, this initiative was about real face time, introducing the people behind the brand to those who bring it to life for our end customers. A meaningful step towards building stronger brand advocacy at the point of sale.
