𝙿𝚎𝚘𝚙𝚕𝚎 𝚘𝚏 𝙻𝙰𝚁 🚁 Vincenza has been part of the LAR’s Corporate & Project Management Office for more than 2,5 years. Every day, she enjoys the great variety of her tasks, and she fully identifies with LAR’s DNA: saving lives. As Corporate Assistant & CSR Coordinator she plays a key role behind the scenes: supporting administrative management and the board of directors, and – among a whole bunch of other tasks – driving our ESR-strategy. Her work has paid off already: At the end of the year 2024, LAR was awarded the prestigious « ESR – Entreprise responsible » label of the INDR. 🌱🤝🏆 Why did we get this label? Because LAR is taking social and ecological responsibility. Therefore we have: 👉set up beehives behind our hangars to support local biodiversity 👉installed several EV charging stations 👉had our very own LAR team participate in the Business Run 2024 👉continued expanding our sustainability efforts Vincenza’s work shows that a meaningful impact is not always made in the spotlight — it often takes shape behind the scenes.
