Last week marked a very special moment in my professional journey: while attending the GSA Applied Skills Workshop in Prague, Czech Republic 🇨🇿, I also completed 10 years working in the Loss Prevention field area. It felt symbolic to celebrate this milestone while being surrounded by so much learning, collaboration, and exchange of experiences — especially meaningful as I’m only 3 months into this new role at Amazon. One of the most enriching parts was working alongside peers from different countries, overcoming cultural and language barriers, and realizing that excellence, collaboration, and professional development truly speak a universal language. As a Brazilian, it made me proud to show that INTL-BR cluster is a reference when it comes to Hiring and Developing the Best, Customer Obsession, and Insisting on the Highest Standards. After 10 years in this field — having started from the ground up — I remain convinced that learning is never too much. And beyond learning, growth also means sharing, and building connections that cross borders. Special thanks to Shahzaib Munir and Ethan King that orchestrated this workshop with majesty and also Vinicius M. on helping us to the best that he could. I couldn't be more grateful for having this experience alongside Larissa Matos, Mariana Campos and Haroldo Carvalho. You guys made this even more enjoyable. #Career #Leadership #Learning #Development #ProfessionalGrowth
