Our .trust research reveals how the largest listed Swiss companies gain the trust of their stakeholders. What's your communication style? We began our research sample with 55 companies, and only 28 of these which had met a good level of transparency made it into #trust. Of the initial sample, 62% have been classified as “Sleepers” (not included in the research) or “Traditionalists” (the lowest scoring quadrant on our matrix). Many companies fall into what we have termed “Glitterati” on our .trust matrix, a category composed of companies that invested heavily in the way they present their company and the #userexperience on their website while faltering in providing substantive and concrete information. At the crossroads of deciding what sort of communicator your company wants to be, aspire to become a “Narrator”, a title which can only be achieved through the careful balancing of #companycommunications with coherent and consistent facts and presentation styles. Roche, Swisscom, Sika, Nestlé, Novartis, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, and Sonova Group stand out as #Narrators.
