📖 my 1st #monograph 📚🥂🍾A New #Academic #Publication — My #Monograph Has Been Published in #Germany , indexed by index Copernicus, and Google Scholar with Open Access. I am deeply honoured and delighted to announce the publication of my monograph: “The Legal Architecture of Ecological Control: Normative Foundations, Procedural Challenges and Governance Reform in the Republic of Moldova” — published by Scientific World, Karlsruhe, Germany. This work is the result of years of in-depth research into the legal architecture of ecological control in the Republic of Moldova, addressing three essential dimensions of environmental governance: 🔹 Normative Foundations — an analysis of the existing legislative framework, with particular focus on terminological incoherence and systemic gaps within Moldovan environmental legislation; 🔹 Procedural Challenges — an examination of institutional fragmentation and deficiencies in the implementation of ecological control mechanisms; 🔹 Governance Reform — concrete proposals for modernising the legal framework in alignment with European standards and the obligations assumed under the EU-Moldova Association Agreement. The publication of this monograph within a European academic space represents, for me, not merely a personal scholarly achievement, but a confirmation of the international relevance of legal research emerging from the Republic of Moldova — a country in the midst of its European integration process, whose environmental law system is undergoing profound transformation. I extend my sincere gratitude to all colleagues, mentors, and academic institutions that supported this research, and in particular to the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM), which has consistently provided an environment conducive to rigorous and ambitious scholarly work.
