We are delighted to share the successful restoration of the historic Muzhiyan Kulam Pond in Pooranankuppam, Puducherry—an initiative supported by Lumina Datamatics that reflects our commitment to environmental stewardship and community development. The restored pond was inaugurated on 26th June 2026, by the Hon'ble Union Finance Minister, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, in the presence of the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Puducherry, Mr. N. Rangasamy, Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, Shri K. Kailashnathan, Mr. S. Selvaganapathy, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, members of the legislative assembly, senior government officials, public representatives, and members of the local community. Undertaken in partnership with the Dhanasundarambal Charitable Society and local stakeholders, the project focused on reviving a traditional water body to strengthen water conservation, enhance groundwater recharge, support local biodiversity, and preserve a vital community resource for future generations.
