After 2.5 years at On, I’m closing a deeply formative chapter. I joined out of curiosity—a leap of faith that gave me far more than I expected. In APAC, I had the opportunity to work across markets with very different dynamics, helping shape and align regional direction. It reinforced that there’s rarely a single answer—only better ways to navigate complexity with intention. I leave with a way of thinking: stay intentional, stay curious in ambiguity, stay disciplined in execution, and stay grounded in what we’re building—even when the path isn’t linear. Thank you Martin Hoffmann , Marc Maurer , Britt Olsen , Gerald Marolf and dearest Rebecca Cai , APAC team and dear colleagues across the regions and HQ. I’m grateful for the trust and empowerment—the space to explore, take ownership, and bring clarity to complexity. What makes On special to me: a pursuit of innovation and excellence, an athlete mindset, and a team that shows up for each other—cheering, pushing, and growing together.
