Foodservice is one of the biggest growth opportunities in convenience retail right now. Steven Siegel will be representing Lula Commerce at the Informa CSP Foodservice Forum next week in Schaumburg, Illinois. The event brings together convenience foodservice leaders to work through what is driving prepared food programs, from menu strategy to the operations behind them. As more retailers build out prepared food, getting those menus online and ordering-ready across both delivery marketplaces and first-party storefronts is where a lot of the revenue opportunity sits.
