I build custom dashboards, LMS platforms & internal systems for education businesses, healthcare and operators | Sr. Software Engineer | Founder @ Luxa Digital Solutions

Following my recent posts on the School Management System (SMS) I'm building, here’s the real problem that started it all: I operate an online school that had students across different countries. But our operations were scattered: – Communication across WhatsApp and Telegram – Manual tracking of teacher payments – Difficulty knowing who to pay and when – Student and parent records handled manually – Messages occasionally sent to the wrong parent At some point, the real problem wasn’t growth, it was structure. This is what happens when systems don’t scale with your operations. So I started building something better: a centralized system where everything lives in one place. If you’re running a school (or any distributed team) and things feel messy behind the scenes, it’s usually not a people problem, it’s a system problem.
