(EN version below) To był zaszczyt móc porozmawiać z tak świetnym gronem wykładowców i praktyków. Paula Podgórska , Sochanik Agnieszka dzięki za zaproszenie i organizację. Szczerze zachęcam każdego do udziału w lokalnych edycjach takich spotkań. Jest konkret, jest pozytywna energia i realna szansa na networking, którego czasem brakuje w branżowym kalendarzu. Ale chcę podzielić się czymś jeszcze. W trakcie prelekcji wywiązała się dyskusja o "early adopters", czy jak kto woli, ambasadorach zmiany. Rozmowa przeniosła się potem w kuluary. I usłyszałem zdanie, które zapadło mi w pamięć: "Łukasz, to wszystko co mówisz jest mega ciekawe, gdzie można cię posłuchać?". To otwierające oczy doświadczenie. Człowiekowi wydaje się czasem, że to, co wie i robi na co dzień, jest na tyle "normalne", że dzielenie się tym publicznie nie ma sensu. A jednak okazuje się, że właśnie ta perspektywa jest dla innych wartością. Nie wiem, czy sam znajdę w tym roku ciekawą konferencję produktową, ale jeśli ktoś taką organizuje, dajcie znać, może będzie okazja opowiedzieć coś więcej. Na pewno spotkamy się jednak na wykładach w ramach studiów podyplomowych. Z tego co wiem, rekrutacja jeszcze trwa, więc jeśli ktoś się zastanawia, ma jeszcze szansę zdążyć. Paula Podgórska , Sochanik Agnieszka thanks for invitation and great organisation. I genuinely encourage everyone to take part in local editions of these kinds of events. There's substance, positive energy, and a real chance to network, something the industry calendar sometimes lacks. But I want to share something else. During the talk, a discussion came up about "early adopters", or as some called them, "ambassadors of change". The conversation continued afterward in the hallway. And someone said a sentence that stuck with me: "Łukasz, everything you're saying is really interesting, where can I hear more from you?". It's an eye opening experience. We often assume that what we know and do every day is so "normal" that sharing it publicly seems pointless. Turns out that perspective is exactly what others find valuable. I'm not sure if I'll find an interesting product conference to speak at this year, but if you're organizing one, let me know, maybe there will be a chance to share more. I'll definitely be back in front of an audience through postgraduate lectures though. As far as I know, enrollment is still open, so if you've been considering it, there's still time to apply.
