Advancing the energy transition is anything but straightforward. So, it takes people who fully step into that complexity. ๐ŸŒ€ I see this in colleagues like Ina Tamosiuniene. She knows what it meant for her country to fight for autonomy. Today she plays a direct role in securing it. Ina led key parts of Lithuaniaโ€™s synchronization with the European grid - a complex challenge that she and her team turned into a historical breakthrough. And then there is Marvin Rust in Hamburg, working to decarbonize the maritime sector. Shipping causes nearly 3% of greenhouse gas emissions worldwide, but Marvin is creating impactful ways to change that. Together with his team, he develops practical, innovative solutions such as electric-powered ferries. What stands out to me is the dedication and ambition of colleagues like Ina and Marvin. Their impact is what really drives the energy transition. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Read the full story in The Guardian: https://lnkd.in/dVafEMUs
