The third quarter of 2025 presented significant challenges, but we remain committed to our growth strategy: Revenue in the first nine months reached €5.9 billion, representing growth of 11.9% compared to the prior year. However, adjusted EBIT declined to €440 million (prior year: €466 million), with margins decreasing to 7.4% from 8.8% in the previous year. After a period of consecutive records, we are now operating in a more difficult environment. US tariffs and the dollar exchange rate are creating substantial headwinds – these two factors alone are impacting our earnings by a high double-digit million euro amount this year. Despite current pressures, we are maintaining our planned investments to secure long-term profitable growth: 🔹 Portugal: €300 million investment in a new facility for aircraft component and engine part repairs in Santa Maria da Feira 🔹 Canada: New site in Calgary dedicated to state-of-the-art CFM LEAP-1B engine maintenance 🔹 USA: Expansion of our Tulsa, Oklahoma operations with new buildings and additional capacity 🔹 Germany: Extensive infrastructure modernization at our Hamburg headquarters We have signed more than 600 new contracts this year, demonstrating sustained customer demand. Recent highlights include a comprehensive component maintenance agreement with Cathay Group for their fleet of over 70 Boeing 747 and 777 aircraft, and the extension of our long-standing partnership with easyJet for aircraft overhauls. Our Hamburg site recently inducted its 100th CFM LEAP engine! While customer support remains strong, we face ongoing challenges from increased material, supply, and personnel costs. We are responding with operational adjustments, including redirecting material flows and relocating certain repair activities. Achieving last year's EBIT level under current conditions will require heightened cost discipline across all areas of our business.
