More than a program. A platform for impact. Generation 5 of our Cargo Management Program (CMP) has just taken off in Frankfurt – bringing together a group of international talents who want to grow and make a difference. Welcomed by our CEO Ashwin Bhat, our Head of HR Robert Mueller, and our Head of Talent Management Anette Lothringen, the new cohort kicked off an intensive journey of growth. From the very start you could feel a shared ambition to step out of comfort zones and shape the future of air freight logistics together. In collaboration with KLU Kühne Logistics University and guided by Prof. Rod Franklin and Claudia Main, CMP continues to connect external perspective with real business challenges – and turn both into tangible impact.   What defines our CMP? Ownership. Curiosity. The courage to think beyond silos – and turn ideas into action. As Ashwin Bhat put it: “Success is not final – and it can easily pull us into a comfort zone. That’s why we need to stay hungry, keep questioning ourselves, and keep growing.”   Over the coming months, these talents won’t just develop skills. They’ll build meaningful connections – across Lufthansa Cargo, GlobeCross, Jettainer, and SWISS WorldCargo - Air cargo division of SWISS. And in doing so, they will help #EnablingGlobalBusiness and moving the organization forward.   Wishing our participants Patrick-Manuel Steibel, Semjon Horchler, Neeru Ratnakumar, Matthias Mohr, Lukas Ewald, Beibei Sun, Lingyi Meng, Sofia Ragkatsi, Boy van Dijk, Simon Jonas Roßkopf, Christian Kurz, Johannes Malesela Laka, Xavier Cloquet, Athos Barbosa, Diego Lopez Torres, Michael Moras, Caroline Schulz, Vladimir Vuckovic, Nicole Sudau, and Raminta Jukonytė-Eschimese an inspiring year ahead!   #LufthansaCargo
