🤝 𝗟𝘂𝗳𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻 On May 19, we welcomed 34 new colleagues from across all 𝗟𝘂𝗳𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 locations to our training site in Berlin for the first 𝗟𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 2026. The day was all about making connections, getting to know the people behind the different functions and locations, and experiencing what makes 𝗟𝗔𝗧 a truly international team. At 𝗟𝘂𝗳𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, the 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 is more than just an onboarding event. It is an opportunity to build connections, gain a broader understanding of our business and create a shared sense of belonging from day one. From inspiring conversations with our Management Board to valuable insights from 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆, participants gained new perspectives on the LAT Group and its diverse areas of expertise. In the afternoon, the 𝗟𝗔𝗧 Marketplace provided opportunities to connect with colleagues from 𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗘𝗦𝗚, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 & 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵, showcasing the wide range of functions that contribute to our success every day. One of the highlights was exploring the world of simulator training firsthand. Taking the controls of an A300 or A320 simulator proved to be an unforgettable experience. Most importantly, the day provided an opportunity to build networks, share experiences and start new connections that will continue far beyond the event itself.
