✈️𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 At 𝗟𝘂𝗳𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴’s facilities in 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁 and 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵, hands-on exercises in 𝗰𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗸-𝘂𝗽𝘀 as well as 𝗰𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗽𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 prepare our crews for a wide range of situations. Training includes 𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝘀 designed to ensure that cabin and flight crews remain 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. From the initial briefing to the final debriefing, experienced trainers create a 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 and 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. One of them is 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗻. After completing her degree in Educational Sciences, she found her way into 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 at 𝗟𝘂𝗳𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. What she values most is the 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, the close collaboration with her flying colleagues and the strong team spirit. When she is not delivering training sessions, Alexandra prepares and follows up on courses, familiarizes herself with new aircraft types and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁.
