Itโ€™s incredible to see how much the association has grown in just one year โ€” building momentum, creating connections, and giving more visibility to women shaping the future of the space sector. As ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ˆ๐ง๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ ๐Œ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ, Iโ€™ve had the privilege to welcome new members into the community, manage our membership processes and GDPR requirements, and help every new Swan feel supported and integrated from day one. Being at the heart of this growing network has been both inspiring and deeply motivating. Seeing SWAN expand month after month reminds me how powerful a committed community can be. A huge thank you to all our members for their trust, energy, and engagement ๐Ÿ’ซ But above all, many thanks to : โญ Our four founders, without whom none of this would have come to fruition: Pamela M., Ana Maria MATHEUS, Claire ElรŸ and Christelle Astorg-Lepine โญ The board members: Cรฉcile ROQUES, Melanie Ficher, MANSOURI Jamila, Aurelia Bourgeaux, Sandrine R., Roland Zeller, Rocรญo Caparrรณs, Gabriel Keslassy, Antoine Miniussi โญ The SWAN Connect Paris team : Thomas Gouyette, Sophie Missonnier, Claire Gallet Excited for whatโ€™s coming next โ€” year two is just getting started, and Iโ€™m proud to be part of the journey ๐Ÿš€ #TogertherWeSoar
