Eight months ago, I barely knew anything about the Groupe Roullier myself, so the release of this year’s Activity Report felt like the perfect moment to introduce you to it. Since stepping into the role of Chief of Staff in January, it has truly been a journey of discovery. Who would have imagined that soil nutrition, fertilisation, biostimulation, macro‑minerals-based animal nutrition, magnesia, mining, patisserie, and plastic packaging solutions could share so many similarities? And yet, they do — thanks to the work of more than 10,500 people around the world, all united around four major pillars: Customer proximity – Looking at Timac, working closely with farmers and staying connected to real‑world challenges are core strengths of our business model. This is what ensures we design tailor‑made solutions that genuinely address local needs and conditions. And this proximity is real: more than 2,000 farms are visited every day in France alone. Innovation – Because pushing boundaries, developing high value-added solutions that benefit customers through their combined performance & sustainability impact is just the NDA of the Groupe. This continuous effort pushed trough our Centre Mondial de l'Innovation Roullier, as well as the activities is supported by more than 150 scientific partnerships with leading universities and research centres. Sustainability – Because achieving 100% R‑PEHD (recycled material) is now a reality ! Operational excellence – The principles that connect our 110 production sites across the world.
