This week, Stanford Medicine Children's Health proudly celebrated Patient Experience Week, honoring our patients, families, and the dedication of our compassionate staff and care teams. Your unwavering support and commitment to patient-focused care have made a world of difference. Our Patient Experience team curated a variety of events and activities, ranging from meaningful thank you cards to engaging games, involving both staff and families. This year, five clinics—Sunnyvale Physical Therapy, Bass Center Stem Cell Transplant Clinic, Immune Behavioral Health, Pulmonology in Emeryville, and Pulmonology in Capitola—were honored for achieving the 99th percentile in Likelihood to Recommend scores based on patient and family surveys for the 2025 calendar year. Additionally, thirteen individual providers received recognition for reaching the 95th percentile. This week and every week, we acknowledge the positive impact you make daily, ensuring every patient's experience is truly exceptional.
