Co-founder at Shippeo | Building the trusted visibility platform for autonomous supply chain execution
I recently had the pleasure of sharing my thoughts on how AI is fundamentally changing the way we work at Shippeo. Full article here: https://lnkd.in/ed4-HnCn Scaling AI adoption internally hasn’t been just a tech upgrade but an organizational shift. Here is what we're seeing on the ground: ⚡ Reclaiming time for high-impact work: we’ve already optimized task processing times by 30% to 90% in several areas. Our 2026 goal? Enable every #shippian to reclaim 1 full day per week of productive time for high-impact work. Relying on Dust and our own engineering efforts, our team has already built over 150 internal agents, with more than 50% of them used collaboratively across teams. 🏗️ From specialists to full-stack operators: AI is removing execution bottlenecks, allowing individual contributors to own an entire project from strategy to delivery. Instead of waiting for a developer, a designer, or a data analyst, everyone can now act as full-stack builders, and roles are expanding across the entire value chain. Customer-facing Specialists are turning into Data Analysts, UX Designers as Front-End Builders, Marketers as Technical Creators, Sales as GTM Engineers, etc. 🎯 Curiosity and adaptability are the new hard skills: because AI handles execution speed, traditional CV metrics matter less. We hire for curiosity and adaptability, people who can look at a messy business problem and use AI creatively to solve it. AI also drives massive cross-functional collaboration, so communication and teamwork are more critical than ever. 🛠️ Fighting false simplicity with training and enablement: AI looks deceptively easy, but mastering it takes work. To help our teams adapt, we run company-wide prompt engineering training and agent-building enablement. A massive catalyst for this has been our internal community of Builders, people driving change on the ground, stepping up to build high-value agents not just for themselves, but to empower their teammates and entire departments. Thanks Thibaut Morlot, Veronika Kundzeleva, Capucine Motte and all of our builders for driving that exciting change!
