There was a very precise moment today, during our 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗯𝗮𝗼, when something just clicked. It happened when one of our customers EDP España - someone who actually works with our solutions every day, out in the field - turned to the room and said: “𝙇𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮. 𝘽𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙈𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙚’𝙨 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙚𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙙. 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜.” And suddenly, everything goes quiet. Because you realise: this is it! This is the shift. It’s no longer just about technology. Not about features. Not about 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴. It’s about 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵. An almost invisible change, but a profound one! And somehow, Bilbao feels like the perfect place for that realisation. A city that stopped defining itself as industrial, without ever losing that soul, that reinvented itself while staying real: steel, art, sea, character. A city that understands what #transformation actually means. So maybe it’s not a coincidence that we’re talking about a new way of thinking right here. Because that’s really what this was about: not just #technology or #solutions. But #mindset. And when the end user takes the floor - not as a guest, but as a #voice - this is what tell you that something has changed… That’s not marketing. That’s reality. And maybe more than that, it’s an invitation. Not said to convince. But to be taken seriously: “𝙄𝙩’𝙨 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜” And for once, it doesn’t sound like a call to action.
