What an incredible achievement. We all set out on a 67 km relay run from our Castore HQ in Manchester to Headingley Stadium in Leeds to raise money and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association in memory of Rob Burrow. Considering the furthest I’ve ran in one day is 10k, to run 26.05k across the whole day (walked most of my last few 5k admittedly and needed a pep talk or two from the team to get me through the end) is something I didn’t think I could do! The initial plan was for most of us to run roughly 15k each but we all decided to push ourselves on the day and we didn’t look back!
