On March 1st I had the opportunity to present my senior honors thesis on fiscal policy and economic volatility upon exit from a monetary union at the Eastern Economic Association 45th annual conference. It was an incredible opportunity to exchange ideas with my undergraduate peers as well as faculty members from other institutions. I would like to thank my advisor Professor Tsu-ting Tim Lin, the rest of the Gettysburg College Economics Department, and my honors thesis class for the invaluable help and support throughout my project.
