#Toastmasters #EasySPEAK Do not feel overwhelmed again with EasySPEAK!!! 🫠 Do you remember feeling lost when you joined the club? 🥴 Oh damn! How was it to request a speech? One of the goals I set as Vicepresident of Education of Lausanne International Toastmasters Club for the term 25/26 was to ensure that all our members received the #onboarding #training. And you could think: ➡️ "Easy: create a meeting, share your screen, give the training". Which is in fact true, but it is easier said than done. We all have busy lives and tighter schedules. And trying to get in the same room more than 4 people is sometimes challenging for a repetitive task as this one. Something that is a must for each new member. 💡 So... why don't we record it?
