A year ago I made a bet that changed how BNESIM operates. I created an AI Ops department. Not an innovation lab that lives in a slide deck, a real operational unit, embedded horizontally across every department in the company. Customer experience, fraud prevention, sourcing, product, finance. All of it. Their job? Take every workflow we have and make it faster through applied AI. The first thing that changed was our hiring. Today we're basically only bringing in young, smart Automation Engineers. People who don't just use AI, they build with it, every day. The second thing that changed was our speed. I can't overstate this. We're moving at a pace we've never experienced before. What used to take a quarter takes weeks. AI compresses time in a way that's hard to believe until you live it. We're probably the first company in our industry to do this. TNW just published a piece about it.
