New preprint is out! πŸ“° πŸ”— : https://lnkd.in/gDccnUqB Another step for our group in the field of #mechanochemistry. In collaboration with Duncan L. Browne and his group at UCL, we introduce miniaturized parallel ball-milling to accelerate reaction discovery, screening, and optimization of mechanochemical reactions. We show that this approach enables: πŸ”Ή Parallel screening of multiple reactions πŸ”Ή Increased experimental throughput πŸ”Ή Minimal material consumption πŸ”Ή Rapid ex situ monitoring of reaction time courses πŸ”Ή Fast optimization of reaction conditions We believe this represents an important step toward making high-throughput mechanochemistry a practical reality, helping to accelerate the discovery and development of new mechanochemical transformations. Huge shout-out to the team Francesco Mele, Ana Maria Constantin, Sarah R., Katharine Ingram (Syngenta), Gabriele Mele, Federico Cuccu, Andrea Porcheddu and Nicola Della Ca'. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and be in touch if you'd like to test our holders. #collaboration #preprint
