We're halfway through the Master in Marketing Management at Luiss Business School. The Social Media Management module with Angela Sansone just wrapped up — and some experiences are worth writing down. Angela brought real practitioners into the room. Giuseppe Brugnone, Senior Media & Digital Manager at LEGO. Giorgio Vildacci, Head of Product Marketing EU at TikTok. Headhunters Fabio Picone and Carlotta Marchetti from Chaberton Professionals. Each with a different story. Each with something worth taking away. The one who stayed with me is Giorgio. Google, Dublin, Silicon Valley, now TikTok. Every move a new ecosystem, a new market, a new set of rules to learn from scratch. Most people, when they find something that works, stop looking. Giorgio seems to operate differently — as though comfort is a signal to move, not a reason to stay. What strikes me isn't the resume. It's the hunger behind it. Every choice he's made seems driven by the same question: where is the world going next? Not where is it comfortable. Not where is it safe. Where is it going. That kind of curiosity is rare. And sitting in a classroom, at the beginning of a career, it's also quietly inspiring — because it raises a question you can't easily ignore: are you building the kind of mindset that keeps up with the world, or are you waiting for the world to slow down for you? I asked him what's next. He didn't hesitate. AI. Some people walk into a room and leave you with more energy than you came in with. Giorgio was one of them. Thank you Angela for building a course that brings the outside world in — and for giving us the chance to sit in a room with people who make you want to think bigger.
