Meet Vimalatulasi Vetrivel, one of our incredible Principal Project Managers who's proving that the construction industry isn't just changing – it's thriving with women at the helm. From overseeing massive Cross Island Line stations to co-founding AWiCS Singapore, she's showing the next generation that respect, compassion, and capability know no gender.   What strikes us most? Her approach to leadership – asking workers about their families, ensuring they have proper facilities, and speaking Tamil to make them feel at home. That's the kind of authentic leadership that moves mountains (and builds train stations)!   Her journey from wanting to be a police officer to becoming a champion for women in construction reminds us that sometimes the best paths are the unexpected ones.
