Congratulations to our Chief Engineer (Civil) and Deputy Group Director (Infrastructure Specialist), Infrastructure Design & Engineering, Neo Bian Hong, on receiving the International Railway Journal's Women in Rail Award 2026! 🥳   Over the past 44 years, Bian Hong has shaped some of Singapore's most significant rail infrastructure — from the majority of our MRT lines to pioneering projects such as the planning and design development of the Singapore Rail Test Centre.
