As the new term begins, the LSE M&A Group reflects on a rewarding autumn term. Following a rigorous selection process, we welcomed a dedicated cohort of passionate analysts into our development programme. Throughout the term, our analysts engaged in an intensive weekly bootcamp covering the fundamentals of Mergers and Acquisitions, from accounting principles and valuation methods to deal rationale. Crucially, they translated theory into practice through hands-on, live model building in Excel. We look forward to the Winter term, during which our analysts will continue their development, including leading and executing an independent full modelling project.
