Investing in the next generation of leaders🙌 Loyal Source is proud to recognize 30 newly promoted and emerging leaders who successfully completed our Spring 2026 New Manager Boot Camp, an 8-part program designed to strengthen leadership capabilities across our organization. Through interactive training, real-world application, and peer collaboration, participants developed the skills needed to confidently lead teams, navigate challenges, and foster a strong workplace culture. This initiative brought together both in-office and remote team members, reinforcing our commitment to developing leaders wherever they serve. From navigating the transition from peer to manager to strengthening HR fundamentals, participating in role-play scenarios, and delivering presentations, each new manager had the opportunity to practice handling real-world challenges and difficult conversations. 30 leaders. 8 sessions. 1 goal. Investing in our leaders and the future they're building. This cohort represents more than a training milestone, it reflects Loyal Source’s commitment to growing our people into “leaders with intention, humility, and a clear commitment to improving every day,” as our VP of Operations, Elizabeth Valentine, shared.
