Intake Date: 5/20/2026 ⸻ Medical Notes On intake, received DA2PP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines. Dewormed with Pyrantel and started on Advantage Multi (20.1–55 lb). Heartworm test negative (HWTEST NAD NEG). No medical abnormalities noted in intake record; listed in normal condition. ⸻ Behavior Summary In kennel and shelter environment, Gunther has shown some barrier reactivity, including forward barking, lunging, and vocalization toward other dogs passing his kennel. Outside the kennel, he has shown a mix of neutral and workable leash behavior (loose leash, neutral body).
