Inma led the #DigitalHealth in #Catalonia Report 2026 - one of the rare regional analyses that benchmarks itself honestly against the US, Asia and the rest of Europe. A few things that stuck with me: → Catalonia is the 4th region in the world for foreign investment in health innovation. For a region of its size, that's remarkable, and it didn't happen by accident. → 65% of the region's digital health companies are building with AI. Inma calls it "the queen of the trends." → Their hospital survey found strong ambition but only moderate digital maturity, and Inma is refreshingly candid about why: culture, budgets, and patient habits, not technology. → Startups spinning out of hospitals, anchor investors like AstraZeneca, and public data infrastructure all feeding the same ecosystem.
