๐ŸŒŸ A new chapter at Wati ๐ŸŒŸ When I joined Wati a little over 4 years ago, I was the first Ops hire. I still remember those early days of jumping from one task to another - often firefighting. One day it was building a new dashboard for our Head of GTM, the next day coordinating with teams to handle an influx of spam signups, and another day launching our first chat support (and being the first support agent myself!). There was no limit to what needed to get done. Since then, Iโ€™ve had the privilege of growing with the company through multiple phases - building a team, scaling Ops into a proper RevOps function supporting all GTM teams, and learning alongside some of the sharpest teammates I could ask for. Now, as Wati heads into the next big chapter of scaling from 10 โ†’ 100, one thingโ€™s for sure - I miss the chaos. ๐Ÿ˜… So it feels only right that my next chapter takes me right back into it. Iโ€™m excited to step into a new role: ๐—™๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟโ€™๐˜€ ๐—ข๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ โ€“ ๐—ฆ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ท๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐˜€. This brings me back to what I love most: building ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ. Or as I like to describe it - tackling the projects that no team can prioritize, but everyone says "it's a priority". ๐Ÿ™ƒ A big shoutout to my managers (and mentors) Ken W. and Dylan Kwan for their constant support over the years - and especially to @Bianca Ho for the trust in taking this on. Lots to do, lots to learn. Upwards and onwards! ๐Ÿš€
