Proud to share this one. A real-time mainframe data replication capability, delivered for an Australian federal agency at genuine scale. Our team worked alongside Accenture to move critical operational data off legacy mainframe systems and into a modern, event-driven architecture on AWS. The numbers: 🔄 25B+ records replicated in real time ⚡ Sub-second latency for change data capture 🔁 Continuous synchronisation replacing legacy batch processing But here's the thing, it's not the scale that matters most. It's the pattern this establishes. This is a blueprint for how large, complex organisations can progressively decouple from mainframe dependency without a big-bang migration. Event-driven, domain-aligned, microservices-ready, while maintaining the performance, reliability, and security posture that government customers demand. Accenture led delivery. AWS supported architecture validation and performance testing. And a customer willing to invest in a foundation that compounds over time. That's what good partnership looks like - and it's the kind of work that strengthens essential services for citizens.
