Our team worked alongside Accenture to move critical operational data off legacy mainframe systems and into a modern, event-driven architecture on AWS. The numbers:  🔄 25B+ records replicated in real time  ⚡ Sub-second latency for change data capture  🔁 Continuous synchronisation replacing legacy batch processing But here's the thing, it's not the scale that matters most. It's the pattern this establishes. This is a blueprint for how large, complex organisations can progressively decouple from mainframe dependency without a big-bang migration.
