We are currently partnering with a global financial services organisation seeking a Vice President – Investor Services (Private Equity) to join their growing team in Dublin City Centre (Hybrid). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transfer Agency / Investor Services professional with strong Private Markets or Private Equity experience to step into a leadership role within a high-performing Alternatives team. Key highlights of the role include: • Leading and developing an Investor Services team within a growing Private Markets platform • Managing investor onboarding, investor communications and operational oversight • Reviewing LPAs and Offering Memoranda and supporting fund launches • Working closely with senior leadership, clients, investors and internal teams • Exposure to Private Equity processes including capital calls, distributions and waterfall calculations If you have 8+ years’ experience in Transfer Agency with strong exposure to Private Markets / Private Equity, this could be a fantastic next step in your career.
