Very happy to have had the opportunity to share part of my journey with Spentys on the Syndicate One podcast Building from Belgium, expanding internationally, working with hospitals, O&P clinics, and trying to create real impact in orthopedics has been a challenging but meaningful ride. There have been lessons learned, mistakes made, and moments that shaped the way we build today. That’s why initiatives like Syndicate One matter. They give Belgian founders a platform to speak openly about the realities of building, scaling, and contributing to a stronger ecosystem. We also talked about AI, 3D printing, hospitals, the Belgian startup ecosystem… and yes, the lasagne and burger theory does make sense in context.
