This is a pivotal opportunity to command the Navy’s largest and most complex digital modernization portfolio, with an annual budget exceeding $1B and over 500K users worldwide. You will be the accountable leader for the enterprise value stream that delivers the Navy's core digital backbone—from #NMCI to #FlankSpeed, #Nautilus, and our future #ZeroTrust #Cloud #EnterpriseServices. * The Role, Team, & Method: Your mission is to provide the strategic vision and executive leadership for a massive agile organization focused on empowering product teams to break down complex problems and deliver value to the Fleet at speed. Operating under the Software Acquisition Pathway (SWP), we leverage the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as the foundation for this delivery model. You will be supported by a dedicated Solution Manager, Architect, and Engineer who lead the "Digital Express" Solution Train—your execution arm—which consists of 7+ Agile Release Trains delivering over 600 features per quarter. This leadership is critical to aggressively modernizing legacy systems while accelerating new, world-class digital services. * The Ideal Candidate: This is a high-profile, strategic position.
