Our Marketing Officer Brigitte Tomson recently headed to Sailability WA and saw firsthand the difference a Lotterywest grant is making for West Aussies with disabilities out on the water. She watched participants take the helm of Finding Freedom – Western Australia's first RS Venture Connect boat, funded by a Lotterywest grant. Designed for inclusive sailing, the boat features an adaptable seated control system that opens up high‑performance sailing to West Aussies with disabilities so they can feel the wind in their hair and experience the joy of being out on the water.
