About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Operations Associate to support our Revenue Operations team in building and optimizing the systems that power our growth engine. This is not a role where you’ll be told exactly what to do - we want a self-starter, systems thinker, and problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, start-up environment. You’ll work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager, SDRs, and leadership to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and ensure our tools and data stay accurate and efficient. Your work will directly impact the performance of our marketing and sales teams - helping the company scale smarter and faster. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for lead management, tracking, and reporting Audit existing sales and marketing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Support automation initiatives using tools like Google Sheets, Zapier, or CRM automations Help build and maintain dashboards and performance trackers that improve visibility and decision-making Collaborate with SDRs and leadership to ensure systems are user-friendly and aligned with performance goals Document all processes clearly so they can be scaled across teams Maintain clean, accurate data across CRM and reporting systems Required Skills Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization) Comfort with automation tools or CRMs (Zapier, HubSpot, Go High Level, etc.) A systems-oriented thinker who enjoys creating clarity out of chaos Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload High attention to detail in a fast-moving, remote environment Pay & Work Schedule Salary: R25,000 - R30,000/month (South Africa) Hours: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. South Africa time Team Fun: Weekly online games night Company Retreats: Annual trips (Cape Town last year!)
