A great opportunity to broaden my perspective. During these intense days in Turkey, I had the privilege of connecting and exchange with #CertifiedExcellencePartners and ​#BoschRexroth colleagues who strive every day to make a real difference through their lives and their businesses. Turkey is currently facing significant challenges: high inflation, volatile and uneven industrial growth, and complex political dynamics are putting considerable pressure on the country. However, as meaningfully highlighted by the leading economist Dr. Emre Alkin, and rooted in the legacy of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, founder of modern Turkey, this moment can also represent a defining opportunity for the country to reconnect with its origins and reshape its future. The DNA of Turkey is that of a resilient nation, built on strong values deeply embedded in its identity: a unique bridge between Europe and Asia. I return home more convinced than ever that, especially in times like these, Turkey needs a more united Europe and, at the same time, Europe needs Turkey and the extraordinary human ingenuity that has always defined it. Only #strongertogether, even in these uncertain times, we can truly demonstrate that "humanity is capable of building a hopeful future".
