Note how Oli doesn't have to turn it's body to view the objects it picks up. The arm moves at an angle not possible by the constraints of the human form. The lidar controls the targetting - a human would have to move head and torso to first identify the target before picking it up. We enjoy seeing how the team at LimX is exploring different ways that humanoids can use their expanding flexibility to manipulate and work within their environments.
